Rincón is a mining exploration project located in Los Andes mountain, to 40 km NEE of Salamanca city, IV Region of Chile and 190 km North of Santiago city. It is located in the metallogenic belt of giant copper porphyry of Miocene age (Los Pelambres of 9-14 Ma, 6Bt@0.52%Cu), and Eocene age (El Morro of 33Ma, 522Mt @ 0.62% Cu). Type of Deposit: Cu-Mo-Au porphyry potential, Miocene age. The project consolidates 2,600 Hectares of 12 mining property with high potential. Expedited access from the city of Salamanca and good relations with the Community. The property contains intrusive rocks of favorable age that have been cut by tourmaline breccias with sericite altered clasts. These units are all within a world class porphyry Cu district and for these reasons alone the property is recommended for further work.
