Each of our buildings were purposefully built to create a home environment and were extensively researched in order to provide specifically designed living spaces for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory impairment. Every community is designed and built from the ground up with love, care and attention to the special needs of residents. From the extra high ceilings and wide hallways; the unique use of lighting, textures and color schemes; to the numerous indoor and outdoor activity areas — residents are provided a secured and nurturing living environment.
In addition to a broad, comprehensive eldercare educational program, all Autumn Leaves professional staff, nursing personnel and caregivers are specially trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia-related care. This Company-wide commitment to education and training not only allows us to provide the highest quality of care to our residents; but also enables us to be a powerful resource to our local communities for on-going caregiver education and training programs.
