“Life brings changes. Let me help you with your New Beginning!”
Hello. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Lynn Worden. I've been a Muti-Million Dollar Producer for over 10 years. I was awarded Rookie of the Year my first year in the business. I specialize in 1st time home buyers, growing families, relocations and empty nesters. I'm a native Houstonian who was raised in the Spring Branch/ Memorial Area and currently reside in The Woodlands/Conroe area. I'm a mother of four adult sons and seven adorably cute grandchildren!
I am currently a Board Member for my 480 home HOA community and I have previously served as Activities Chairman of another HOA, an Officer in my church choir, and a volunteer in the Katy and Cy-Fair School Districts.
Before starting my real estate career, I had 25 years of outside sales, customer service and marketing experience with Chemical manufacturers. My major customers included Exxon-Mobil, Valero, Huntsman, Texas A&M and the Texas Department of Transportation. My success in sales is a direct result of my enthusiastic attitude, timely response to my clients’ needs, strong negotiation skills and providing service that exceeds my customer’s expectations.
