“Luxury is a service, not a price point.”
“Luxury is a service, not a price point.”
“Today’s world is filled with competition in every field, and service sets us apart from the rest.” Kevin Stokes applies that credo to his real estate practice every day. “Real estate is a great career because each transaction, each day, brings a new challenge,” Kevin says. “I really enjoy working directly with my clients to guide them through what is most likely one of the largest financial decisions they will make, whether they are buying or selling. It’s extremely satisfying to sit at the closing table and see genuine excitement and happiness on my clients’ faces.”
Prior to his successful career in residential real estate, Kevin worked as a foreign equity trader in Orlando, FL and Chicago, IL. That high-energy career taught him to handle multi-tasking in a stressful environment and, most importantly, the value and singular importance of excellent, continuous customer service.
Born in Michigan, Kevin moved with his family to Katy, TX when he was eight years old. His parents still live in Katy and his brother lives in Texas City. Kevin graduated from Taylor High School in Katy and earned a degree in economics from The University of Texas at Austin. When not working, Kevin is a regular volunteer at The Ronald McDonald House at Texas Children’s Hospital and attends Trinity Lutheran Church in downtown Houston. He enjoys playing golf, working out, running, traveling, following his favorite sports teams, sampling craft beer, spending time with his family, and “spoiling my niece.”
